Sr. Salesforce CPQ Developer with Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) experience Location: Milwaukee, WI (100% Remote option available) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer with deep technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) to design, develop, and enhance complex CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the CPQ data model, advanced pricing logic, custom scripting, and integrations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing CPQ solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements. • Demonstrate deep understanding of the Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) data model including: • Products, Price Books, Price Rules • Product Rules, Configuration Rules • Discount Schedules • Quote Templates • Contracting & Amendments • Renewals & Subscriptions • Develop and customize Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) using JavaScript to support complex pricing, discounting, and calculation logic. • Build and enhance custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for CPQ user interface improvements. • Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows (Record-triggered, Screen Flows, Autolaunched) for automation within CPQ processes. • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and custom controllers where required. • Implement advanced pricing strategies including usage-based pricing, tiered pricing, and bundled products. • Perform CPQ configuration for product bundles, guided selling, and dynamic product options. • Troubleshoot and optimize quote calculation performance issues. • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for scalability and maintainability. • Support deployment activities and manage changes using DevOps tools. • Collaborate with QA and business teams during UAT cycles. • Provide post-production support and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) implementation experience. • Deep understanding of CPQ pricing engine and calculation sequence. • Strong experience in Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) customization. • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. • Strong experience in Salesforce Flows and Process Automation. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Webhooks). • Strong JavaScript skills (especially for QCP). • Experience with Apex development and custom metadata. • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
