What our crew members love about Take 5: • Free weekly car wash • Flexible scheduling • Career growth opportunities • Competitive base pay plus commission opportunity • Employee recognition • Outdoor working environment • Health, dental, vision and life insurance • 401k match • HSA and FSA plans • Paid time off and holidays • Parental leave • SAME DAY PAY available through myFlexPay As a Take 5 crew member, your job will be to: • Warmly welcome each guest and assist them throughout the wash process • Maintain a positive attitude, where a smile is a part of the uniform • Engage guests in polite, friendly conversation, providing them with information about our membership offerings and their benefits • Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized • Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily All our crew members need to meet the following requirements: • A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning • Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary • Reliable transportation to and from the car wash • Proof of being at least 16 years old #LI-DNI #DBHVOL Get early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program.
