Leadership Opportunity at Take 5 Oil Change We are seeking a customer service-focused individual to lead our team and provide excellent service to customers. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and advance quickly through the company. Paid training is available to help you develop the skills needed to manage a shop location, change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. Our competitive base pay rates and weekly bonuses offer earning potential of up to $18.00/hour. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, processing payment for services performed, running the floor, performing opening and closing procedures, assisting with inventory management, and training new employees.
