15+ years marketing experience, brand architect success, media and creative integration expertise, leadership of cross-functional teams, budget management, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
Job Description: • own the integrated brand plan: build and manage the annual calendar • shape the creative platform: co-lead the brand’s strategic and creative platform • partner with VP, Media Investments: align investment strategy with brand plans • orchestrate agencies & shared services: drive creative AOR, media AOR, and internal teams • translate MMM, brand tracking, and segmentation into creative tests • ensure campaigns scale to COSC and franchise shops while protecting brand standards • own briefing, approvals, and brand guardrails • mentor directors/managers across brand, partnerships, and owned channels Requirements: • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience • proven success as a brand architect • deep understanding of media and creative integration • demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams • strong command of marketing fundamentals • experience managing large-scale budgets and Ad Fund environments • proven ability to translate data into decisions • experience partnering with shared services • bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, or related field) • MBA or advanced degree preferred Benefits: • health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay • Get early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program
