JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales and Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new customer relationships in the automotive market – primarily with independent mechanical and collision shops owners – and guiding them onto the DrivenAdvantage B2B marketplace platform. Your work will directly impact shop owners by giving them access to exclusive supplier programs, competitive pricing, and streamlined purchasing. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and thrives in building meaningful relationships while delivering a high level of customer service. This position combines sales outreach, onboarding support, and program education to ensure each new member maximizes the value of their DrivenAdvantage membership. Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition (80%) Proactively call/follow up with warm leads to membership signups and secure first orders. Clearly communicate the value of DrivenAdvantage marketplace, highlighting cost savings, partner programs, and unique value propositions. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate the platform, leverage promotions, and place their first order successfully. Program Education (15%) Educate shop owners on our supplier and partner programs, outlining exclusive benefits, rebates, and incentives. Address questions and provide guidance to ensure customers fully realize the advantages of membership. Customer Support (5%) Manage/route basic service inquiries (e.g., pricing discrepancies, order concerns) with efficiency and professionalism.. Provide a positive, solution-oriented experience for every customer interaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer support, ideally in automotive, B2B sales, or call center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Comfortable making outbound calls and presenting solutions to prospective business customers. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
