JOB DESCRIPTION: Driven Brand’s Automotive Training Institute group is looking for a Driven National Sales Consultant who wants to make a difference! Reporting to the VP, Sales, will serve as a crucial link between our prospective clients and the coaching department. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to clarify client needs, deliver compelling sales presentations, and manage post-sales support. This role demands a blend of exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients. How you’ll Go the Distance: Client Engagement: Meet with shop owners via Zoom and perform a shop strategy session. Identify customers’ needs and present ATI’s RE-Engineering program as the solution. Preconsult- communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to clarify needs and set them up for strategy sessions. Financial Metrics: Gather all applicable financial reports, sales management reports or estimates and prepare a shop analysis for the shop owner consultation. Post-Sales Support: Gather all relevant documents and information for seamless handoff to coaching staff. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service to ensure a positive experience. CRM Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales operations specialists, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation efforts, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance and customer behavior. Strategic Insights: Provide insights and recommendations to sales teams and management to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance. Sales Technology Support: Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, sales technology platforms, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Performance Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as pipeline, win rates, and revenue forecasts. Forecasting: Keep Sales Force updated with correct stages and data to develop sales forecasts and targets based on historical performance and market trends. Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity. You’re Good-to-Go if you have: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sales processes and best practices. Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
