JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Franchise Field Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving Cars Per Day (CPD) growth and strengthening brand consistency across Take 5’s franchise network. This leader serves as the bridge between brand strategy and local execution — ensuring franchisees have the tools, support, and insights to win in their markets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Marketing, the Director manages two Senior Managers of Field Marketing who each oversee regional portfolios of franchise markets. This role blends strategic marketing acumen with relationship management, operational partnership, and a passion for helping franchisees succeed. Key Responsibilities Franchise Partnership & Support – Serve as the primary marketing liaison to franchise operators, providing hands-on guidance to activate programs that lift CPD and retention. Team Leadership – Manage and coach two Senior Managers of Field Marketing, ensuring alignment, accountability, and excellence in franchise marketing execution. New Unit Launches – Oversee franchise grand openings, ensuring fast ramp-up, community engagement, and early CPD traction. Regional Marketing Execution – Adapt and deploy national campaigns locally, ensuring co-funded programs and promotions are effectively executed at the market level. Insights & Best Practices – Collect and share franchise marketing insights, surfacing what’s working and influencing systemwide planning. Brand Consistency & Standards – Ensure every franchise delivers the “Fast. Friendly. Simple.” experience and operates in alignment with Take 5’s brand promise. Performance Measurement – Monitor local marketing effectiveness and report results to leadership, connecting tactics to tangible business outcomes. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years in field, retail, or franchise marketing, ideally in a multi-unit environment. Proven success leading teams and managing through others to drive measurable business results. Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise operators and field leaders. Strong understanding of local marketing strategy, including digital, community, and co-op marketing. Business acumen with experience managing budgets and influencing P&L outcomes. Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to translate data and insights into action. Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range: $143,600.00 - $256,400.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
