JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic, process-driven and experienced IT Portfolio Manager to lead the management of the IT Service Portfolio within our organization as well as lead process improvement initiatives and standards within IT. This role will play a crucial part in coordinating and aligning various IT teams from IT Service Owners, Solutions Delivery teams, transactional support teams and IT management. How you will Own It: • Lead the continuous design and expansion of the IT Service Portfolio t to optimize and align IT services with organizational goals. • Define and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of IT services, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery. • Collaborate on forecasting processes, incorporating IT financials to ensure accurate predictions and resource allocation. • Provide training and support to the larger IT organization on financial acumen for both IT Operational activities and IT Projects. • Project Manage and coordinate annual operating plans for the IT organization. • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements across all IT towers • Develop and report KPI metrics to drive accountability • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in IT processes. • Lead special project initiatives that could cross various IT domains. • Create detailed process documentation, SOPs, Knowledge base articles and standards. • Facilitate training and adoption of the service portfolio enterprise wide. • Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to maintain service quality. • Promote a culture of fiscal responsibility and customer-centric service delivery. • Track performance metrics for request fulfilment and stakeholder satisfaction What you'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field • 10-15+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in an IT or business-related role • Proven experience in IT financial management and portfolio management • Strong understanding of IT Service Portfolio Management concepts and methodologies. • Strong understanding of IT capitalization principles • Ability to drive and implement process improvements • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills • Process-oriented with the ability to structure processes • Ability to gather, structure and analyze data from multiple data sources • Ability to play both a strategic and tactical role as a leader and demonstrate an ownership mentality • Ability to communicate/present to management • Strong initiative-taker with a resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems • Ability to partner with others to simplify complex processes, break down barriers and incorporate the ideas of others • Ability to manage priorities against multiple deadlines in a challenging environment Applicants for our positions are considered without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law. #LI-DM1 #LI-Remote #DBCORP Position Location: Pennsylvania Compensation Range: $120,500.00 - $215,100.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
