You realize that this is a physically demanding job, but being out on the truck is always fun and beats the boredom of an office job or being on the factory line. Benefits • Excellent earning potential including hourly pay plus commission, tips, and bonuses. • The average tip is between $40-$70 per day! • The average Senior Captain makes an average $25 per hour! Requirements • Great Positive Attitude • Pass a Background Check • Be reliable and dependable • Be committed to an EXTREMELY High level of customer service, and be able to display a high level of professionalism. • Be hardworking and enjoy physical labor • Excel in a position of independence and responsibility • Possess fine attention to detail Responsibilities and Duties • Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients. • Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). • Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction. • Care in handling customer belongings • Safely operating trucks and equipment • Hauling unwanted items • Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks • Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (e.g., tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.). • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
