Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Digital Marketing Representative to join our digital strategy team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for client, helping them build stronger online visibility through optimized Google Business Profiles, Yelp listings, and Facebook pages. You’ll combine relationship management, marketing insight, and digital organization to ensure every client’s brand stands out in local search. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize client listings across Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visibility. • Conduct regular audits of client profiles and implement updates that improve reach, engagement, and reputation. • Develop and maintain marketing calendars to ensure timely posting and alignment with client goals. • Review performance reports and communicate results clearly, translating data into actionable next steps. • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients—building relationships, addressing questions, and ensuring their digital presence reflects their brand. • Collaborate with internal creative, SEO, and operations teams to coordinate marketing deliverables. • Provide proactive communication and thoughtful recommendations that enhance each client’s local marketing success. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related client-facing roles. • Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook Business Manager. • Strong communication skills—you can confidently lead client calls, explain strategy, and present results. • Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail. • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Bonus: experience with SEO fundamentals, reputation management, or content scheduling.
