Your Opportunity We're looking for a Brand & Content Manager to build, manage, and scale Dreem Health and Sunrise's brand and organic content engine across social channels, blog, website, email and marketing enablement materials (presentations, brochures, etc.). This role is 80% focused on Dreem Health, our virtual sleep clinic, helping people get the care they need to sleep better. The remaining 20% is dedicated to Sunrise, our MedTech arm responsible for developing the technology and devices used by clinicians to diagnose and treat sleep apnea. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of: • Strategy (what to say, to whom, when, and why) • Creativity (testing new ideas, formats, and channels quickly) • Execution (writing, publishing, community building, reporting) You will create content yourself, leverage AI tools (video, design, copy), and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - our founders, our clinical team, referring providers, sleep specialists, patients, our PR agency, and more - to bring powerful stories to life. This role will begin as an individual contributor and serve as the primary owner of the brand, both internally and externally. As the company's branding needs grow, the role has the potential to evolve into a more senior leadership position. What You'll Do • Serve as the steward of the brand voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and credibility across all channels and touchpoints. • Own and execute the organic content strategy across social, website, blog, email, and website. • Manage daily publishing and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Trustpilot, Google Reviews and niche communities. • Create content hands-on (writing, video, design) using tools like Canva/Figma and AI. • Translate clinical insights and patient stories into compelling content for both patients and clinicians. • Test and iterate quickly: try new formats, learn fast, optimize. • Track and analyze performance, delivering monthly insights, recommendations, and strategic learnings to leadership. • Identify opportunities to scale content production over time, including freelancers, agencies, or future hires as the brand grows. What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, brand, or community, preferably at a fast-scaling company. • Experience in wellness and clinical/medical environments - excited by the challenge of turning complex medical topics into simple, engaging content. • Excellent storyteller and writer - clear, human, concise, SEO-aware. • Strong design affinity, creative mindset and eye for visual storytelling. • Comfortable using AI tools (Midjourney, Figma, Canva, Arcads, ChatGPT) for copywriting, visual asset creation, and short-form videos. • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs). • Comfortable balancing independence with cross-functional collaboration. • Genuine interest in sleep, wellness, and helping people understand their health.
