Description Hotel Room Operations Manager - This is an Overtime Eligible Management Position and full salary is based on a 50 hour work week. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Room Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our front desk, housekeeping, and security teams. This leadership role is vital in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and that all operational aspects of the hotel run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, guest satisfaction, and resolution of any issues. - Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across all guest rooms and public areas. - Coordinate security measures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property, stepping in when needed to address security concerns. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency. - Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. - Monitor daily operations, address guest complaints, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office Suite. - Understanding of safety and security protocols within a hospitality setting. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.
