Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Exotic Car Rental Agency. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury vehicles. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the agency’s reputation for excellence while expanding its market presence. Responsibilities • Lead and manage all aspects of the rental agency’s operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue through outside sales efforts and marketing initiatives • Oversee inventory management and control of luxury vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance and security • Manage staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations • Cultivate relationships with clients through effective public speaking, negotiation, and personalized customer service • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting using Microsoft Word and Excel • Maintain front desk operations including phone etiquette and customer interactions • Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s services across various channels • Ensure compliance with safety standards and vehicle maintenance schedules • Monitor retail sales metrics and utilize organizational skills to optimize operational efficiency Requirements • Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or hospitality management; experience in automotive or luxury rental industry is a plus • Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication skills, public speaking ability, and professional phone etiquette • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, inventory control, and organizational skills • Experience in inventory management and retail math principles • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with administrative experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong negotiation skills coupled with marketing expertise to attract new clients and retain existing ones • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail • A valid driver’s license is preferred; must be able to work flexible hours as needed This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about luxury vehicles and exceptional customer experiences.
