Our company is seeking a C-Suite Executive Assistant to manage the office, supervise staff and handle duties for our team. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills are essential. This candidate enjoys teamwork and exhibits professionalism in all their interactions. A friendly, enthusiastic C-Suite Executive Assistant is a strong asset for the company. Areas of focus are, but not limited to the following. • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements • Maintain trusting relationship with clients, vendors and team • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information • Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, take detailed minutes • Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, seminars and meetings • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with all materials and relationships • Conduct research and summarize findings • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Maintain contact lists, supply inventory and social media platforms • Provide general support to visitors • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients • Develop content for PowerPoint presentations • Support business development • Other identified duties and responsibilities assigned Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or • Associate’s degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution and a minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or • High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Google Suite including calendar, Gmail, Google forms, Google docs, Google sheets and Google drive and scheduling appointments/updating calendars • Excellent typing, written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company • CRM Experience • Bilingual preferred Salary · $57,000-63,000.00 Annually Job Type: Full-time Benefits • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Schedule • 8 hours daily • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute • Huntersville, NC 28078 (Required) Ability to Relocate • Huntersville, NC 28078: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location • In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Experience: • Executive administrative support: 7 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Huntersville, NC 28078 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Huntersville, NC 28078: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
