Analyze and report on financial metrics, schedule and cost performance, support baseline development, and manage invoicing and receivables for program management.
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3-5 years experience, EVMS expertise, knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract types, strong Excel and communication skills.
Job Description: • Collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure financial acumen and accuracy • Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance • Supports baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS • Provides analysis and reports on performance variances to budget • Analyzes and reports risks & opportunities to baseline cost, schedule • Ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure • Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete process • Develops and monitors program level time-phased plan • Provides financial data inputs and variance narrative for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Provides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables Requirements: • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline • Master's Degree preferred • 3-5 years of related experience • Able to use EVMS principles in daily operations with proven expertise • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS/FAR/DFARS • Knowledge of different contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M) • Knowledge of relevant accounting subject matters, including revenue recognition • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficient with Microsoft software applications • Strong Excel skills Benefits: • workplace flexibility • employee clubs ranging from photography to yoga • health and finance workshops • off site social events • discounts to local museums and cultural activities
