The Crown Is Yours As a Fantasy Sports Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role on our Lobby Live Operations Team and leverage sports statistics and research to manage player pools and pricing. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize merchandising strategies, ensuring that contests are accurately posted and executed. In this role, you will monitor contest entries, repost as necessary to drive participation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do Manage and execute pricing of player salaries. Leverage data and merchandising strategies to inform selections of contests available to players. Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries. Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets. Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar field. Proficiency with Excel and basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake are a plus. In depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports, and the ability to continually identify and manage complex situations. Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints. Ability to work flexible days and hours aligned with sports schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. #LI-JF1 Join Our Team We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 52,100.00 USD - 65,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
