Our office is growing, and we need a dedicated individual who can not only excel in sales but also help guide potential patients toward their weight loss goals. We see new patients interested in weight loss, but we’ve struggled with converting inquiries into committed clients. That’s why we’re offering an industry-leading commission structure of $16 base pay per hour with additional %compensation per sale to attract the best of the best. What You’ll Do: • Educate prospective patients on our weight loss programs • Consult with patients to identify their goals and challenges • Present personalized treatment plans and overcome objections to help clients commit • Build and maintain strong patient relationships for long-term success • Work closely with our wellness team to ensure seamless patient experiences What We’re Looking For: • Strong sales background (preferably in wellness, aesthetics, or medical sales) • Passion for helping clients achieve their health & body goals • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients • Ability to work in high-energy environment • Previous experience in weight loss, aesthetics, or wellness sales is a plus Position Details: • Hours: [4-8 ] • Employment Type: [PART-TIME] • Compensation: [$16 base] + [COMMISSION OR BONUSES] • Ongoing training and support provided to help you maximize sales success How to Apply: If you’re ready to take on a role where you change lives daily, send us your resume!
