The Regulatory & Quality Compliance Manager ensures compliance with pesticide regulations while overseeing the Quality Management System and collaborating with various teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Ensure full FIFRA compliance, including product registration, labeling, and reporting • Maintain adherence to state, international, and local pesticide regulations • Review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) against compliance requirements and request necessary changes from the Products department for implementation • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting products and services • Serve as the primary contact for state, federal, and international regulatory agencies • Ensure that claims made on the website, emails, posts, ads, and other marketing materials are compliant with FIFRA regulations and product registration requirements • Ensure compliance with external partners (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.) in addition to internal products • Communicate labeling update needs for state registration and advocate/push back on states when requirements cannot be met or label needs are declined • Oversee the company’s QMS and implement quality policies, SOPs, and best practices • Conduct internal audits, investigations of manufacturing errors, quality inspections, and root cause analyses;
