Technician Infrastructure And Network For Colleges The Digital Development and Strategy Service (SDSN) is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing the digital tools and infrastructures of the colleges in the department. Its missions are organized around two main axes: 1. Management and modernization of the college information system, in this role, it ensures: - The renewal and maintenance of the computer and multimedia equipment of the establishments, ensuring their proper functioning and adaptation to pedagogical needs. – The installation, administration, and evolution of computer networks and telecommunications infrastructures, in compliance with security and performance standards. – The implementation of information system security rules, in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, to protect data and digital uses. 2. Support for digital projects and the development of uses, in this role the service: – Supports colleges in the realization of innovative digital projects, promoting the emergence of adapted pedagogical practices. – Contributes to the development of digital uses, in connection with educational teams and institutional partners. – Coordinates the follow-up of the Digital Master Plan of the colleges, in partnership with the DSDEN 95, the Versailles Academy, and the heads of establishments, to ensure territorial coherence. Within the Infrastructure and Network Pole of the SDSN, the college infrastructure and network technician is responsible for providing advanced support, implementing, and monitoring ATHENA, the new college information system, contributing to projects, tests, documentation, and on-site interventions. In the context of its missions, the college infrastructure and network technician is responsible for: · Managing level 2 and 3 support tickets, · Monitoring production developments, · Regularly verifying the quality of service following interventions by service providers, · Making trips to colleges to ensure deliveries, installations, and technical interventions, · Assisting the head of the college information system project in its missions, · Participating in Athena information system follow-up meetings, · Carrying out testing and acceptance phases of developments, · Contributing to technical experiments, particularly around Linux environments, · Participating in the writing of technical specifications, · Developing and maintaining operational procedures. Technical: - Analytical and incident resolution mindset. - In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and the hardware architecture of a computer. - Mastery of commonly used software (email interface, browser, antivirus…). Relational: - Demonstrating rapid and effective adaptation, - Communicating, informing, and advising, - Possessing a sense of organization, planning, and priorities, - Demonstrating "customer spirit" and a sense of service, - Showing solidarity and aptitude for teamwork. Knowledge: - Knowledge of computer security and operational rules related to the education environment. - Knowledge of network architectures - Knowledge of the active directory environment.
