Project Manager – USACE / NAVFAC Federal Construction Projects ★ Estimated salary range: $130,000 to $170,000+ per year. DGG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple federal construction projects • Oversee budgets, costs, and financial compliance to meet contractual requirements • Coordinate with Superintendents, QCMs, and SSHOs to maintain quality, safety, and progress • Review plans, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and contract documents • Conduct periodic site visits, resolve issues, and monitor progress • Maintain accurate project reports, logs, and documentation • Track schedules, milestones, and DFOW to ensure timely completion • Report project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership Qualifications • 7+ years of professional construction experience • 3+ years serving as a Project Manager on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects • Strong knowledge of contract specifications, federal construction standards, and project management principles • Proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar project reporting software for tracking DFOW, schedules, and progress • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and able to work independently • Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams effectively Join Doyon to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality federal construction projects!
