Full Description

Description: • *This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the PST or MST time zones to align with team operations. About Us DOXA is an award-winning specialty insurance platform that acquires and develops niche-market insurance program administrators, underwriting companies, and distribution partners including MGAs, MGUs, brokers, and direct-to-consumer operators. We provide centralized sales, marketing, underwriting, and operational support that helps our companies unlock their full growth potential. With hundreds of specialty insurance programs and partnerships and more than 20,000 agent and broker relationships nationwide, DOXA’s rapid growth is reaching new heights. We move quickly. We expect accountability. We reward performance. If you are a serious performance marketer who cares about outcomes more than optics, we want to talk. Why AGIA? AGIA Affinity is an established but growing insurance and benefits marketing partner to some of the largest and most iconic associations and organizations in the country. Our clients include many veterans' organizations, fraternal organizations, loyalty programs, and more. Ensuring that our client’s members have the coverages they need when they need it is at the heart of everything we do. For 66 years we have built long-term partnerships rooted in trust, performance, and measurable results. What Are The Benefits? AGIA offers health benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401K with 100% company match up to 3% of your annual income and an additional 50% match on the next 2% of income, a prefunded optional FSA, 100% covered Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Short Term/Long Term Disability, and a $250 Wellness Benefit. Our medical plan has in-network provider coverage for mental health, reproduction, chiropractic, and massage therapy. Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to drive execution across Paid Search and Paid Social with rigor, precision, and measurable impact. This is a senior individual contributor role for a marketer who thrives inside platforms. You enjoy the mechanics. You care about structure. You understand auction dynamics. You think in terms of marginal return and incrementality frameworks. You will contribute to performance strategy and investment direction in partnership with the Digital, Partner, and Product Marketing teams. However, your primary responsibility is execution excellence — building, optimizing, testing, and scaling campaigns that directly influence revenue outcomes. You will operate in a lean, performance-driven environment where clarity, ownership, and data-informed decisions matter. This role is accountable for results, not activity. You will also participate in evaluating emerging performance channels — including AI-native and conversational advertising platforms such as ChatGPT and other generative environments — as viable acquisition pathways mature and measurable performance opportunities develop. This is a role for someone who takes pride in mastery of the craft and who is deeply energized by execution. Key Responsibilities Paid Search Execution • Own full-funnel execution within Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads. • Design and maintain disciplined account structures with intentional segmentation and query governance. • Execute structured testing across bidding models, creative, audience layering, and landing page alignment. • Actively manage brand and non-brand investment mix to optimize marginal return. • Maintain tight budget pacing and real-time optimization discipline. • Ensure tracking integrity, automation governance, and platform hygiene. Paid Social Execution • Own in-platform execution within Meta as the primary paid social channel. • Build scalable campaign architectures aligned to prospecting and retargeting objectives in both D2C and partner marketing • Develop and execute structured creative testing frameworks. • Continuously optimize audience strategy, signal quality, and event prioritization. • Support disciplined testing into additional paid social environments when justified by performance potential. Testing & Emerging Channels • Execute incrementality testing, lift studies, and structured A/B experiments in partnership with Analytics. • Translate strategic hypotheses into clear, measurable test plans. • Participate in disciplined evaluation of programmatic, native, upper-funnel video, and emerging AI-native advertising environments as performance pathways become viable. • Document insights and apply learnings to improve future execution. Socialize learnings across cross-functional marketing stakeholders to influence strategy and improve performance. Performance & Analytics Alignment • Translate CAC, LTV, and contribution margin targets into executable media plans for D2C and partner marketing • Provide informed inputs into forecasting and scenario modeling. • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure attribution integrity and clean data flows. • Deliver performance reporting that connects channel activity directly to revenue impact • Proactively identify optimization opportunities before performance degrades. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience. • Demonstrated strength executing at depth within both Paid Search and Paid Social (Meta required). • Experience managing $2M–$10M+ annual media budgets with direct accountability for performance outcomes. • Strong working knowledge of auction mechanics, bidding strategies, audience construction, and conversion optimization. • Experience running structured testing frameworks and interpreting incrementality results. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling. • Experience working with analytics platforms and CRM integrations. • Interest in emerging AI-driven advertising environments and evolving acquisition channels. • Experience in regulated or high-consideration industries (insurance, financial services, healthcare) a plus. Skills & Abilities • High execution standards and attention to structural detail. • Comfortable spending the majority of time directly inside advertising platforms. • Analytical thinker who understands performance drivers beyond surface metrics. • Disciplined tester who values controlled experimentation over reactive changes. • Clear communicator who can explain performance drivers in business terms. • Self-directed and accountable; does not require excessive oversight. • Thrives in environments where performance expectations are explicit. Benefits & Work Environment DOXA Insurance Holdings offers a dynamic work environment and a collaborative culture. Our headquarters is located on the 10th floor of the Indiana Michigan building at 101 E. Washington in the revitalized downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana.
