Responsibilities: • Coordinate, run, and manage events in your own city. • Scout and select the best bars, venues, and restaurants to create an exciting crawl experience. • Regularly visit bar managers and owners to establish relationships and ensure smooth collaboration. • Promote each event locally through PR outlets, newspapers, radio stations, and social media. • Coordinate food and drink specials with participating venues. • Manage event check-in on the day of the event, ensuring sufficient staff and setting up check-in desks. • Identify and connect with potential sponsors to enhance event experiences. • Serve as a Downtown Crawlers Ambassador, representing the brand with energy and enthusiasm. Requirements: • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management preferred. • Strong communication and networking skills. • Knowledge of local nightlife venues and trends. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Proficiency in social media marketing and promotion. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering a vibrant social community.
