Role Overview: As an Account Manager on our Custom Integration Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your focus will be on uncovering new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by delivering tailored integration solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the Southeast U.S. region. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. - You will collaborate with technical teams to develop customized integration solutions that align with client requirements. - You will negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. - You will provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will track sales activities and report on progress to senior management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position DOW Technologies effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in technology or integration services. - Strong understanding of custom integration solutions and technology sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with clients in the Southeast U.S. market. - Technical background or familiarity with integration technologies. - CRM software proficiency, such as Salesforce. - Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-based sales.
