What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the custom integration market. - You will collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored integration solutions. - You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position DOW Technologies. - You will participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and trade shows to promote our services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology or custom integration sectors. - Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software proficiency. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple accounts. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
