Role Overview: As an Account Manager on our Custom Integration Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. This remote position is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at identifying new opportunities and delivering customized solutions that align with client goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within the Southeast U.S. region. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs. - You will identify new sales opportunities and work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored integration solutions. - You will prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to meet or exceed targets. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position DOW Technologies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in technology or custom integration sectors. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client accounts. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
