Role Overview: As an Account Manager on our Custom Integration Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the Southeast U.S. region. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. - You will collaborate with technical teams to develop customized integration solutions for clients. - You will negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - You will provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will track sales activities and report on progress to senior management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position DOW Technologies effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in technology or integration services. - Strong understanding of custom integration solutions and technology sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely and managing accounts across multiple states. - Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce. - Technical background or understanding of software and hardware integration. - Existing network within the Southeast U.S. technology market.
