Role Overview: As an Account Manager on our Custom Integration Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth through customized technology solutions. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Southeast U.S. while contributing to a high-performing sales team. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the custom integration market. - You will collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will provide clients with product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solution benefits. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position DOW Technologies. - You will participate in trade shows and networking events to expand the company’s market presence. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology or custom integration sectors. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
