Duties • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals, focusing on outside sales and business development efforts. • Manage and mentor a team of sales managers and representatives, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Drive key account management initiatives by building lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing tools like Salesforce to track progress, analyze data, and optimize sales processes. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads in B2B markets. • Conduct regular analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth. • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining profitability. • Lead business development efforts by identifying new markets, partnerships, and channels to expand our reach in technology sales and related sectors. • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld throughout the sales process, fostering long-term client loyalty. • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic plans for executive review.
