About the Role As a Salesforce Developer on the Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the systems that power our sales, customer success, and marketing organizations. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that improve the user experience, drive productivity, and scale with our business. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Lightning components, Apex, and other Salesforce customization tools. Work closely with the RevOps team to understand business needs and evaluate development options that prioritize optimization, scalability, and security.Design Custom User Interfaces. Create and maintain user-facing Salesforce experiences, including Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.Extend Salesforce Functionality. Develop and enhance Apex classes and triggers to support evolving business workflows and platform capabilities.Optimize Existing Code. Review and refactor legacy code to improve performance, scalability, and alignment with best practices.Integrate External Systems. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal business applications and data sources.Maintain DevOps Best Practices. Partner with other developers to support efficient development and release processes across environments.Ensure Quality Through Testing. Write and maintain code documentation and test classes for all custom development to ensure reliability and maintainability.Support Ongoing Development. Test and troubleshoot new functionality and resolve issues in both development and production environments. We’re excited about you because… You have 4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Java You hold Salesforce certifications (JavaScript Developer I & Platform Developer I) and have deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud You bring strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript You’re comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and large data sets — and always build with scalability in mind You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and are skilled at balancing competing priorities You’re highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and passionate about improving systems through thoughtful development You have a knack for interpreting and writing technical specs — and translating them into impactful, scalable solutions You’re obsessed with optimization, driven by curiosity, and committed to continuous improvement We expect this position to be filled by 11/9/25 Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
