About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead DoorDash’s basketball team partnerships and brand integrations across the U.S. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of best-in-class partnerships with NBA and WNBA teams — developing co-branded campaigns, in-arena experiences, and content that deepen our connection to fans and drive measurable business impact. You’ll manage key partner relationships, lead cross-functional alignment, and drive programming to achieve brand and business goals locally and nationally. You’ll be responsible for integrating national-level partnerships with the NBA and WNBA into local executions while supporting the development and growth of those national league deals. This role is perfect for someone who loves sports, culture, and marketing, with a strong grasp of how to turn partnerships into brand moments that matter. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand, CRM, PR, and Operations teams to deliver integrated programs that bring DoorDash to life through basketball. You’ll report to the Manager, Basketball Lead, Brand Partnerships within the Brand Marketing organization, joining a lean, fast-moving team driving how DoorDash shows up in basketball and beyond. Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Creative Studio) and external partners/agencies to deliver exceptional digital, social, and on-site experiences. We’re excited about you because… 8+ years of experience in sports and/or partnership marketing, with a proven track record in partnership management and brand integrations. Basketball partnership experience is required. Strong collaboration skills to navigate cross-functional teams, identify key stakeholders, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A deep commitment to excellence, paying attention to the finest details to elevate overall experiences. Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed, with up to 30% travel for live events. We expect this position to be filled by 12/17/25. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
