3+ years experience, Bachelor's degree, strong SQL and Excel skills, experience with P&L management and tech product growth preferred.
Description: Responsible for growing Drive products by leading complex, cross-functional projects that scale strategic partnerships and unlock product-market fit.Serve as connective tissue between product, ops, business development, and external partners—driving end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment on goals, and delivering results.Understand partners’ goals and business models, translate insights into priorities and actionable roadmaps.Drive initiatives from concept to launch, working closely with product, ops, and business teams to ensure alignment and impact.Report to Manager of Drive Strategy and Operations and work closely with product, engineering, operations, integrations, business development teams.Strategize: understand partner needs, prioritize, create solutions with cross-functional partners.Operate: execute short & long-term plans; work directly with internal and external partners.Build: lead 0 to 1 opportunities, create roadmap for growth vectors and investment decisions.Collaborate: work across Operations, Product, Sales, Engineering to bring new products and services to merchants.Construct: bring structure to ambiguous opportunities, create playbooks and templates.Analyze: leverage data to inform hypotheses and convince cross-functional partners. Requirements: You have 3+ years of experience.You have a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred but not required.Fluent in SQL and Excel (bonus)Experience in managing or supporting a complex P&L (bonus)Experience in the tech industry, launching and growing new partners and products (bonus)Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and ecommerce (bonus)Comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and modeling in Excel.Extreme sense of ownership, problem-solving from first principles, cross-functional collaboration, persuasive communication, ability to navigate ambiguity.
