DashMart is seeking a Change Management Associate to bridge the gap between people, processes, and systems, driving operational excellence and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. This role involves designing for adoption, enabling change delivery, leveraging technical tools, reporting on readiness, and documenting best practices. The company is a local fulfillment center owned by DoorDash.
