As part of our customer service team, you’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships and boosting repeat business through outstanding service and upselling in our drop-off dry cleaning and laundry storefront in Chatham County, NC. We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic — the kind your grandparents would be proud of! You must have an eye for detail when it comes to pricing and notating orders that are dropped off and collected. You should be able to process and label orders quickly and accurately, and follow standard operating procedures for prepping, inspecting, and labeling items to be sent to our local dry cleaning and laundry facility team. Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative with done4Ulaundry, you’ll be essential in delivering 5-star service to our customers in Chatham County.
