Full Description

We are a founder-led operational systems consultancy working with small and mid-sized business owners who feel their tools and processes no longer reflect how their business actually runs. We are looking for 1–2 commission-based partners to help source and qualify intro conversations. This is not a closing role and not a traditional sales job. What You’ll Do • Identify business owners who may be a fit • Make first-contact outbound calls to provided leads • Qualify interest at a high level • Book a founder-led intro call That’s it. What You Will NOT Do • No closing • No pricing • No proposals • No scripts to improvise • No account management The founder handles discovery, design, and closing. Compensation • Commission paid per closed deal • Typical upfront deal size: ~$5,000 • Commission range discussed transparently before starting • Paid after funds clear • No caps, no draws, no retainers Who This Is For • Comfortable with commission-only work • Confident speaking with business owners • Disciplined, coachable, and able to follow clear boundaries • Prior experience in SDR, BDR, door-to-door, consulting outreach, or similar is helpful but not required Who This Is NOT For • Anyone looking for a salary • Anyone seeking equity • Anyone who wants to “help shape the offer” • Anyone uncomfortable with clear role limits Time Commitment • Flexible • Ideal for someone looking to prove themselves, generate upside, or add a high-quality commission stream How to Apply Please apply with a brief note answering the following: • Why this type of role interests you • What kind of prospects you would avoid booking • Your experience (if any) talking to business owners Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $2,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week Work Location: Remote
