Responsibilities • Keep yourself and team up to date on Covid-19 procedures and policies • Lead and mentor direct several insiders and drivers simultaneously • Follow directions from Area Supervisor • Maintain a clean and smooth-running store • Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve customer complaints • Collect payments • Inform customers about new products and services • Count inventory • Count down tills and drivers at the end of their shifts • Increase sales and profit potential, provide solutions to Area Supervisor and Regional Director Skills • Proven working experience as an Assistant Manager/General Manager (required) • Leadership qualities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Respect for others Dominos Team BAM! Provides excellent hands-on training to help you become a successful General Manager of your own Domino's!
