Delivering Pizzas with Precision • Safely navigate local roads to deliver orders promptly, adhering to traffic laws and company standards. • Ensure each delivery is accurate by double-checking items before leaving the store. • Communicate professionally with customers to confirm delivery details and provide top-notch service. 2. Providing Exceptional Customer Service • Greet customers with a smile—whether at their doorstep or in-store. • Handle customer concerns or questions with a positive attitude and resolve any issues quickly. • Represent Domino’s as a friendly, reliable, and courteous presence in the community. 3. Assisting with In-Store Operations • Support the team with food preparation tasks, including making pizzas and sides, and maintaining food safety standards. • Take customer orders over the phone or at the counter with accuracy and efficiency. • Clean and maintain the store's workspaces, ensuring a hygienic and organized environment. 4. Managing Cash and Transactions • Handle payment transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and mobile payments. • Follow company protocols to balance the cash drawer at the end of your shift. 5. Vehicle Care and Safety • Keep your vehicle well-maintained to ensure safe and reliable deliveries. • Use Domino’s branded equipment (like hot bags) to maintain food temperature and quality during transport.
