Job Description Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Louisville, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 3900 South 7th Street location. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings Provide outstanding customer service, creating a positive experience for every customer Maintain cleanliness of the work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
