Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3951 Taylorsville rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Interact professionally with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction Answer phones and process customer orders accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in training and developing new team members Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance Contribute to inventory management and stock control Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or food service industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in math and problem-solving Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Food safety certification (preferred) Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences Additional Information What are we looking for? But here are a few skills you should have to be a successful Assistant Manager: •Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work. •A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license •A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to.
