We are seeking a vibrant, entrepreneurial individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. . Maintain a high level of organization and communication to enhance team performance and property success. In This Role You Will: Process applications and conduct background screenings. Investigate and help resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations. Contribute to achieving team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention targets. Keep the Property Manager informed of information affecting property operations. Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act. Prepare, monitor, and distribute operational and financial reports. Provide direction to the team in the Property Manager’s absence. Conduct weekly meetings with senior management. Participate in and attend all required training sessions. Requirements: Previous property management experience, specifically with Housing Choice Voucher Programs (Section 8). Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance. Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Skilled in time management and prioritization. Ability to track both short- and long-term projects through completion. Strong problem-solving skills for operational issues. Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
