Specializing in DSCR and alternative-qualification loan products, we provide flexible, client-focused financing solutions that help brokers grow their businesses and close more deals. We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Loan Account Manager to join our team and support our mission of delivering speed, service, and reliability—where brokers win. Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality execution across all stages of the mortgage lifecycle. In This Role You Will: Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan process, ensuring timely communication and support. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive engagement. Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and internal teams to drive loan pipeline progress. Monitor active loan files to ensure timely completion in accordance with internal guidelines and investor requirements. Review and verify accuracy of loan documents including disclosures, credit reports, income documentation, and appraisals. Provide status updates and address delays or issues proactively. Resolve client concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Accurately log all interactions and loan-related details in internal systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services with direct client interaction. Strong working knowledge of the mortgage process, regulatory requirements, and loan documentation. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and resolve complex client issues independently.
