Job description Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products - a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to join our growing team. Our Company's Core Values: Integrity Accountable & Dependable Team Centric System & Process Oriented Service Ethic Organized Efficiency - risk management & compliance Responsibilities: Oversee the progress of multiple ongoing projects within our Salesforce platform Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones Ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions Communicate daily with the Salesforce team regarding project updates and open tasks Assist with the oversite, maintenance, and updating of the DFS Salesforce platform Assist users with tasks and problem-solve technical inquiries Create and update automations using declarative and programmatic tools in Salesforce Configure new user profiles and update permissions Create and update analytical dashboards Clean, manipulate, and update data, mainly using Excel and SQL Implement data models according to the needs of the business and existing infrastructure Update document templates in the Salesforce system using Conga Composer Document and update technical processes and procedures Update marketing lead distribution schemes according to business requirements Other related needs according to management and project needs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5+ years of overall Project Management experience (3+ Years Salesforce specific) Salesforce Administrator Certification Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Project Management certifications would be a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Familiarity with databases and SQL Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software as an advanced user or administrator Knowledge of real estate and finance is preferred Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Profit sharing program Paid time off Employee discount program While At Dominion You Will Enjoy Company outings & social events Virtual Events Employee discount programs
