At this time, employees and interns of Dominieren Corporation will spend significant time working for some of the enterprises we are in the process of launching, and will have a "start-up" feel as we build everything from marketing strategy to technological platforms from the ground up. The position The Social Media Manager is responsible for administrate and execute the company's social media strategy. The Social Media Manager should have well-develop capacity for managing and creating content using various social channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other creative methods. The position takes charge in enhancing the customer experience through the online marketing efforts. Our Ideal candidate should be creative, self-motivated, and able to work calmly under pressure. Primary responsibilities • Provides support with drafting articles, announcements, and reports that highlight the program within Dominieren • Building Dominieren brand awareness and enhance customer loyalty • Drafts a variety of content for social media posts on all channels with the purpose of engaging and gain more followers • Responsible for developing, design and plan social media assets • Keeps social media platform updated with relevant posts and manage the content calendar • Develops integrated social campaigns • Gathers data, analyze, review and report the effectiveness of the engagement strategies to maximize the results • Conducts relevant analysis on competitors • Stays current on the latest trend on social media tools • Collaborates with the high-level manager in other departments to create strategic social media plan align with Dominieren business goal Performs various other duties as needed • Hours per week: 25-30 hours • Requirements • Have bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience • Professional written and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment • A creative problem solver and attend to detail • Understand social media best practices and strategic approach • Experience in brand design and be able to speak to social media platform changes • Google Ad Words/SEO/SEM/Photoshop knowledge a plus
