Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence plays a key role in delivering high‑quality analytics, insights, and data products that support strategic and operational decision‑making across the enterprise. This role partners closely with business and HR leaders to understand priorities, translate needs into actionable data solutions, and communicate insights that drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Serve as a data subject matter expert, deeply understanding business initiatives and translating them into analytical requirements. Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that deliver actionable insights across HR and business functions. Apply strong quantitative, data modeling, and data architecture skills to build robust reporting and analytics solutions. Collaborate with HRIS, data engineering, and cross‑functional partners to evolve data sources and improve data quality and accessibility. Communicate findings clearly through compelling storytelling, enabling leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to expand analytics capabilities, optimize processes, and enhance the user experience. Qualifications Advanced experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, and data modeling techniques Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into meaningful insights.
