Doka USA Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager (Henderson, CO) to identify and acquire potential customers and projects to secure business for Doka. Keep records and knowledge of database as well as contact information. Communicate clearly and collaborate with engineering team, to ensure accurate proposals. Prepare proposals and obtain appropriate managerial approval. Draft final proposals ensuring management approval and customer signatures are obtained. Present proposals while selling the features and benefits of Doka's products to close sales. Partner with engineering for jobs under contract and obtain approved drawings. Conduct regularly scheduled jobsite service visits to instruct the workers in the proper and safe utilization of equipment. Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the equipment and ensure proper recording and coordination of shipments and returns. Local telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. 80% domestic travel required to regional domestic construction sites, customer offices, and customer events at public venues within Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico as well as to attend intercompany meetings such as conventions. SALARY: $73,000 to $80,000 per year. Job Requirements Requires 3 years of sales experience in the construction or formwork industry. Must have experience with: Handling confidential information with the highest level of integrity and delivering the highest standards of service to customers; Negotiating skills and numerical aptitude; Practical knowledge of the construction industry and its marketplace; Reading and interpreting blueprints; Using Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Power Point); Supporting a branch office and serving as a liaison to the customers and national sales function resolving issues at times on short notice with minimal information; Interacting with colleagues, management and customers; Creating and giving sales presentations to customers; and Working knowledge of competitive formwork systems. 80% domestic travel required to regional domestic construction sites, customer offices, and customer events at public venues within Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico as well as to attend intercompany meetings such as conventions.
