If you love taking smart marketing strategy and actually shipping campaigns that move pipeline, this one’s for you. We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager based on the East Coast of the US to partner closely with our CMO and run integrated, data-driven programs that build brand visibility and drive demand with life sciences professionals across global markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role. You’ll be leading the work, not just reviewing it. Who is Docuvera? Our platform empowers life sciences organizations to drive digital transformation through efficient, compliant, and multiformat content creation. They leverage a component first approach where content is broken down, easily assembled into documents, and reused across their organization. Headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand, our distributed team work across New Zealand, the United States, Asia, the UK, and Europe, with customers throughout the world. What you’ll be doing • Owning integrated campaigns end-to-end (demand gen, thought leadership, events) - planning, launching, optimizing • Using data (GA4, HubSpot, SEO platforms and AI insights) to improve performance and pipeline impact • Growing and sharpening our ICP segmentation with Sales + Marketing Ops (intent, behavior, roles/functions) • Improving SEO performance tied to demand gen and content engagement • Creating and shaping content - short + long form - with SMEs and external contributors • Supporting virtual and in-person events, including targeting, personalization, and ROI analysis • Keeping our messaging consistent across touchpoints What we’re looking for • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (campaigns, demand gen, content, thought leadership, SEO) • Strong experience with HubSpot + GA4 + enterprise SEO tools • Comfortable turning performance data into clear recommendations and action • Confident using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Surfer SEO) to work smarter and improve outcomes • 4+ years recent WordPress experience • Bonus points for PharmaTech/HealthTech experience, ABM familiarity, Canva, global marketing, and ROI/budget ownership You’ll do well here if you’re… Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and happy in a fast-moving scale-up environment - someone who learns fast and takes ownership.
