Job title Account Growth Manager Team Customer Success & Account Management Reports to Director, Customer Success Role Purpose Account Management focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The primary objective of Account Management is to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability while identifying opportunities for account expansion. Success in This Role Looks Like The Account Growth Manager will be responsible for nurturing our existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling, and expanding the volume of use of our cloud fax platform. This role works closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute account strategies, leveraging their knowledge of the client's business needs and industry trends to achieve sustainable account growth. Key Responsibilities Deliverables/Outcomes Account Development Strategy Create and implement account development strategies aligned with Documo's overall growth objectives Analyze account data Conduct market research Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Relationship Building Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact Ensure excellent customer service Understand our customers evolving needs, and effectively communicate Documo's value proposition Revenue Generation Drive revenue growth within existing accounts Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand business through upselling, cross-selling and expanding fax volume Secure annual renewals from an assigned book of business Perform account analysis to monitor churn rates and performance metrics Research & Knowledge Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics Maintain up to date knowledge of our competitors Proactively research and analyze industry developments Identify potential opportunities and potential risks What You Bring Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback At least 3 years of Account Management, CSM, or inside sales experience Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira Bonus Points For Healthcare industry expertise Telecom technical knowledge Programming knowledge Technical experience working with complex customer API integrations The base salary for this role is $85,000 – $110,000 USD, depending on experience, location, and skills.
