OVERVIEW Senior macOS / JAMF Systems Engineer will support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) contract. CISA plays a critical role in safeguarding the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure, and this position directly contributes to that mission by managing and securing enterprise-class macOS environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven engineer with deep expertise in macOS endpoint management, scripting, and system administration. You’ll join a collaborative team of IT and cybersecurity professionals, applying your technical skills to develop innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that protect national security. The macOS / JAMF Systems Engineer, Senior will: Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and JAMF Pro infrastructure supporting macOS enterprise management. Apply DISA STIGs, security baselines, and patches to ensure federal compliance (FISMA/NIST). Monitor macOS systems for uptime, performance, and security; implement corrective measures proactively. Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) for macOS configuration, patching, and enforcement. Manage JAMF Pro policies, profiles, databases, and packages to support secure enterprise deployment. Provide Tier 4 escalation support for complex macOS endpoint issues. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience administering macOS in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro and RHEL system administration. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent). Knowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks (DISA STIGs, NIST, FISMA). U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DHS security clearance.
