OVERVIEW Program Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record (EHR) Modernization Sandbox. In this role, you will manage the sandbox provisioning process, maintain the tent card mapping tool, and oversee the sandbox SharePoint site and communications. You will support the development of sandbox materials, respond to end-user inquiries, and ensure accurate, timely communications across stakeholders. The Program Analyst will also prepare and finalize briefs and reports for senior leadership, track program and project performance data, and provide analysis in both written and visual formats. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, and experience supporting complex healthcare IT initiatives. The Program Analyst will: Manage the sandbox provisioning process and tent card mapping tool. Support the development of sandbox materials and maintain the sandbox SharePoint site. Review, edit, and update sandbox communication materials for clarity and accuracy. Monitor and manage the sandbox inbox, responding to inquiries and routing as appropriate. Finalize briefs, reports, and documentation for senior leadership. Provide analytical support, including tracking cost, schedule, and performance data. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of professional work experience. Proven experience creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track project or program performance (cost, schedule, performance). Experience developing both routine and ad hoc reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings in narrative and graphic formats. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Hands-on experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations. LOCATION Remote EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
