OVERVIEW SBG is seeking a macOS Engineer to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) contract. CISA plays a critical role in protecting the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure. This position allows you to directly support federal employees who ensure the security of our nation’s most vital systems, providing technical expertise and hands-on macOS support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The macOS Engineer will: Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for macOS incidents, service requests, and mobility services. Triage and resolve tickets escalated from the help desk, including macOS endpoints, JAMF, and related systems. Assist with imaging, patching, application deployment, and account management for macOS devices. Collaborate with Tier 3/4 engineers to escalate complex issues and implement enterprise-level solutions. Provide training, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to end users on macOS features, security, and policies. Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting macOS systems in enterprise environments. Experience with JAMF or other MDM platforms (AirWatch, Intune). Strong troubleshooting skills for endpoint, application, and user issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Federal IT support experience is a plus but not required. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for DHS security clearance.
