Job Description: - Designing and building clinical AI infrastructure that achieve business objectives- Leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers in developing cutting-edge AI applications- Collaborating with the product manager, UX researcher/designer and stakeholders to define AI project requirements- Researching and evaluating new AI technologies and methodologies to implement in projects- Presenting technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders- Ensuring that best practices and coding standards are maintained throughout the development process- Developing Python code and AWS infrastructure that works together to build advanced clinical AI systems Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields- 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering- Expertise in AI Solutioning, with the ability to identify off-the-shelf AI tools and services to accelerate development cycles- Familiarity with the ecosystem of vector databases, deployment frameworks, and monitoring tools- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal 'public trust' security clearance- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, Master's Degree preferable Benefits: - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)- Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)- Training & Development- Work From Home
